If there was a single flaw, it is that it seems to cater mostly to D&D, Pathfinder and other D20 systems for the time being. Recent upgrades fixed a few bugs, so this thing is working pretty rock solid now. The dice available for purchase look great as many have animated effects that you would never be able to replicate with their real life counterparts.
